We don't switch super often, at most just back and forth btwn two fronters in a day
I have heard switching frequently can make things a bit of a jumble
It's still the host's job at the end of the day to reign in any unwanted thoughts or mental activity. Considering it either intrusive unwanted thoughts, or as an intrusive thoughtform you didn't want, the necessary action is still disbelieving in them and no longer acknowledging them as legitimate.

The more you think "But actually this thoughtform is so real and not in my control oh man" the more you maintain the invasive thoughts/thoughtform's existence. If you don't have schizophrenia, then the key to solving basically all of your thoughtform-related problems is to stop encouraging it by thinking of it as a real meaningful thing, and to start thinking of it as nonsense fluff thought that can be ignored.

congratulations, you are using tulpamancy in a wrong way
Treating it like a "him" in the first place is what contributes to a long-standing presence, versus thinking of invasive thoughts as just random unwanted thoughts.
